A summer favourite, the Peach and Rose Fizz is the perfect way to toast long, balmy evenings.


30ml Rinquinquin
20ml Beefeater gin
20ml lemon juice
25ml egg white
10ml Solerno blood orange liqueur
10ml Monin rose syrup
Fever-Tree soda water
Garnish: dried rose petals


  • Mix all of the ingredients in a Boston shaker and dry shake (shake without ice)
  • Fill the tin with cubed ice and shake until the tin frosts over
  • Strain into glass filled with cubed ice and top with soda water
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of dried rose petals
